Crv Sat Nav Update

Hi all
I've recently purchased a Honda 2005 CRV with a factory fitted Sat Nav without the DVD Nav Disc
There seems to be confusion amongst the Honda Dealers I've approached with regards to the latest version and compatability One dealer mentioned v3.23 another stated v2.08
As these are special order items from the dealers, I'm not prepared to pay approx £200 (non refundable) and get the wrong disc.
Furthermore no dealer I've approaced so far has the disc in stock to be able to check compatability with the Sat Nav.
Anyone with a CRV incl satnav please I have the following questions
1) What's the latest version you're using ?
2) Where can I get one cheaper than £200 if possible?
3) Do you know of a Dealer with the DVD in stock please?
Thank you in advance

Honda crv 2012 sat nav update

Just bought a new 2016 CRV Honda - GPS is unfriendly compared to my portable Garmin. The Honda 2016 CRV Navi is pitiful. It is too time consuming to enter and doesn't have the easy use Garmin screen. Terrible, Terrible system on 2016 Honda CRV.

My navigation icon disappeared. How do I get my navigation icon back on my Navigation System? Please contact your local dealership. My car lost power in the middle of an update. Avg tuneup activation key. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and the sat Nav keeps saying 'navigation door is open'. Is there any way I can suppress this - Answered by a verified UK Auto Mechanic We use cookies to give you the best possible experience on our website.

Honda Crv Sat Nav Update Disc Uk

I just bought a used Honda CRV Executive 2007 model with built in sat nav and hands free bluetooth phone. I like that the whole system is integrated to the car however the sound quality is absolute pants.
Wondering what options I have for upgrading the audio on there. Is there any point in upgrading the head unit to an after market one? Will I be able to use the steering controls with a aftermarket unit?
The system has an aux input as well, which I guess is good for adding another source however, I would still be left with the same head unit, amp and terrible speakers.
Should I consider an all out aftermarket unit or try to upgrade speakers, new amp and a new audio input for AUX? I have seen Alpine EziDab which gives DAB, usb mp3 etc and is an additional unit on the dash.
Some advice would be useful.
